Puppies and Breeding
Breeding happy, healthy puppies is my mission. As a small breeder, I do occasionally offer puppies for sale. In addition, we have a selection of stud dogs available to use for fully health tested, approved females.

All of my breeding Havanese have appropriate health testing including; Cardiac, Hips, Elbows, Patellas, LCP, yearly eye exams and DNA Diversity panels.

Breeders
Bred with a purpose to preserve the breed, not for profit. Each generation is bred intentionally to sustain the longevity of the breed. Puppies are never sold to auction, pet stores nor to puppy mills.
Puppies
Health is of utmost importance. Starting with the parents, health testing is completed prior to breeding. Test results are posted to Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) for potential new owners to view.
From newborn puppies to the time they go home, they are raised in my home. Puppies are whelped in a bassinet next to my bed.. Puppies learn from their mother and siblings with expanding spaces and enrichment areas. Puppies start on potty and, crate training, They get to interact with other dogs, cats and people prior to going home.

As the puppies age, they are introduced to new sounds, smells, objects and other animals to help them learn and adjust. This process gets them ready for their journey until they join their new families.

For two weeks, the babies are under constant care from their mom & myself. At three weeks, they are introduced to my dogs, cats & start their journey to learning about the wonderful world that awaits them & their new families. I use light, sound, smells, sensational awareness. I also start crate training & potty training at three weeks. This sounds young but they are ready. With moms guidance, they catch on very quickly. I do this to assure my puppies become a great addition to their new family & home.

Breeding
My boys are available to select, fully health tested females. All are Champions or Grand Champions and have completed all their health testing which has been posted to the OFA web site.
